This city-state isn’t known to many living out side of it. Most have never heard of it. Of the few Sages who have heard about it, they doubt it exists.
Anyone visiting The Unknown City notices that the streets are brightly lit. This city-state is all by itself, on one side of Khzol Pass. Yet, few have ever noticed it.
